Mechanical Design Engineer

Engineer will be part of a cross-functional project team supporting two sites producing spinal implants and instruments.
Direct responsibilities include:
Using SolidWorks and ProE CAD Software to determine properties of current spine implant and instrumentation designs.
Based on established assessment tools identify and characterize features that impact cleaning and sterilization.
Collect data on dimensional characteristics including surface area, length, etc.
Experience/Skill Requirements:
1-2 years' experience with CAD Software including SolidWorks and/or Pro E.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
High level of attention to detail.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
