The Corporate Director of Clinical Education is responsible for the strategic planning, management and direction of the clinical education departments in order to meet the mission, vision and values of the organization.
The Corporate Director is responsible for ensuring the creation of and delivery of training and development curriculum and programs and ensuring appropriate measurement and documentation of required competencies.
The Corporate Director will provide insight to team member engagement activities to ensure a positive and engaging culture.
This person will ensure the development and maintenance of positive relationships between CFH and educational organizations and coordinate student clinical rotations and practicums.
Requirements:
Graduate Degree- Master Degree in Nursing or Education required Must have current Florida Nursing License BLS for Healthcare providers preferred 5-7 years previous experience in training/education Certified Trainer, preferred Who We Are:
