Junior Account Manager - Sales and Marketing
Advanced Vision Marketing, Inc. is searching for the right person to develop into a key player in our organization. The Junior Account Manager will execute strategic sales plans for our clientele. This position works directly with upper management to build valuable client relationships while increasing customer acquisition. As the Junior Account Manager you are the primary liaison between the client and Advanced Vision Marketing, Inc.; with a focus on driving sales through brand representation.

Responsibilities
o Maintain and build relationships with the key clients of Advanced Vision Marketing, Inc.
o Develop and execute a sales plan that will meet or exceed specified sales targets
o Aid in launching new product and sales opportunities
o Provide regular interface with customers to ensure the highest level of client satisfaction
o Work closely with various team members to provide direction and support to the sales force maximizing results for our clients
o Complete regular sales reports that accurately capture all sales activity
o Seek out and communicate meaningful insights from clients as well as the sales force
o Accurately manage expenses in accordance with budgetary requirements

Skills, Experience and Knowledge
You must be able to demonstrate acquired skill and measurable success in the following areas:
o Advanced communication (written and verbal), organizational, and problem solving skills
o Strong interpersonal skills, including effective presentation and listening skills
o Building and nurturing internal and external relationships
o Solid understanding of core marketing principles
o Effective development of a close team environment
Education
o Bachelor's degree; two to four years of Military service; or relevant work experience required
