Description:
The Customer Experience Data analyst will perform analysis and create reports on customer survey data that will provide an insight into performance trends. The reports will be distributed to all levels of the organization and the dealer network. The individual will also work with vendors to ensure reporting mechanisms are optimized for ease of use and to drive the business forward.
