Sales and Business Development Representative (Home Healthcare)

The Sales and Business Development Representative is responsible for developing a new territory or taking over an existing territory in an effort to increase sales. They will do this by establishing and maintaining contacts that will develop into sales leads. They will have a strong presence in the community and actively promote the BrightStar Care brand.

1. Call on healthcare facilities, physicians, clinics and eldercare facilities in order to generate sales for both HealthCare Staffing and Private Duty.
2. Meet or exceed established sales targets.
3. Develop Marketing Plan for new or existing territory.
4. Join and attend area networking and chamber groups.
5. Seek, develop and participate in marketing opportunities in the community.
6. Establish working rapport with health care professionals in the territory.
7. Other duties as assigned.

2. Present well to clients and peers.
3. Demonstrate working knowledge of health care in home and institutional setting.
4. Comfortable with closing/asking for business.
5. Exhibit outstanding organizational skills and a service attitude towards the community.
6. Excellent written and oral skills.
7. Ability to handle confidential information and sign confidentiality agreement.
8. Requires valid driver's license, reliable transportation and insurance.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
