Inova Loudoun Hospital located in Leesburg, VA is looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse Unit Supervisor Emergency to join the team.
Sign on bonus and relocation assistance eligible.
Full Time. 3 twelve hour shifts. Weekend rotation. Days and Nights shift available.
The Inova Virts Miller Family Emergency and Trauma Center is a full-service emergency department for adults at Inova Loudoun Hospital. It is a Joint Commission-certified Advanced Primary Stroke Center and an integral part of the trauma program at Inova Loudoun Hospital Loudoun County s only designated trauma center.

Job
Responsibilities:
Provide knowledgeable and caring clinical practice and care coordination through an understanding of patient, family, nurse, and healthcare delivery team.
Conduct all patient care in a patient and family-centered manner.
Use an integrated approach toward patient outcomes
Utilize standards, guidelines, and pathways for care delivery.
Additional Requirements:
Requires a minimum of one year of Registered Nurse clinical experience in the acute care setting
Education: BSN from an accredited school of nursing. If RN has an Associates Degree (ADN); must complete BSN within 12 months of start date.
RN licensed, and eligible to practice in the Commonwealth of Virginia.
BLS from AHA for Healthcare Provider certification required
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to display a caring demeanor toward others. Proficient computer skills required.
