We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Front Desk Scheduler/Admin to work alongside our Office Manager and Physical Therapy Tech.
Our clinic is unique in that we specialize in physical therapy for cancer patients and survivors.
As the first point of contact for our office, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our physical therapy office.
This is a part-time position with the option to advance to full time for interested applicants.

Duties:
- Greet patients and visitors - Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate staff members - Schedule appointments and manage the office calendar - Check-in patients and collect payments - Maintain patient records and update information as necessary - Assist with data entry, including inputting patient information and updating records - Coordinate with office manager and physical therapists to ensure efficient patient flow for appointments - Handle inquiries and provide accurate information about our services - Perform general administrative tasks
Experience:
- Previous experience working in a medical/physical therapy office is preferred - Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in using phone systems and computerized scheduling software - Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally with patients and staff members - Attention to detail for maintaining accurate patient records If you are a motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.
