Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome patients, visitors, and clients in a professional and friendly manner - Answer phone calls, take messages, and direct calls to the appropriate person or department - Schedule appointments and maintain the appointment calendar - Verify patient insurance information and collect payments - Maintain patient records and update information as necessary - Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, faxing, and scanning documents - Provide excellent customer service and address patient inquiries or concerns
Experience:
- Windows and Microsoft Office proficiency - Strong communication skills and ability to interact with patients, staff, and visitors in a professional manner - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks Employee Perks:
