The role of patient representative, front desk receptionist, consists of order intake (scheduling), patient registration and assisting with other patient-centric duties.
At CiPM, our patient representatives are the first encounter patients and referring physicians have with our facility.
Ideal candidates should demonstrate proficiency in written and verbal communication, successful multitasking skills and must share our team's commitment to providing the highest quality of individualized care.
Knowledge of medical terminology preferred, customer service experience required.
