What we are looking for:
A driven and mission-focused Administration and Events Assistant to provide daily administrative support for the the Advocacy and Church Mobilization divisions.
Expectations of this role:
Maintain files, handle mail, gather payroll information Make travel and meeting arrangements Organize work and communication flow to ensure timely responses Maintain systems and processes to ensure team efficiency Track, plan and execute a variety of events Serve as a general point of contact Perform other duties as requested
Qualifications:
3-5 years of strong administrative experience High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent Excellent oral and written communication skills Proficiency in Windows & MS Office including Excel; Smartsheets preferred Pleasant phone manner and demonstrated diplomacy and composure This is a hybrid position requiring a least two days per week in the Lansdowne office and travel up to 10% What we offer:
