Senior Marketing Manager

The Building People is in search of a highly motivated Marketing Manager.
As a Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in devising and executing effective marketing strategies to promote our services, drive brand awareness, and achieve business objectives.
You will be responsible for collaborating with cross-functional departments and leveraging various marketing channels to enhance our company's market presence.
Duties & Responsibilities Execute the company's marketing initiatives with the planning, executing, and tracking of marketing programs such as email, event, social media, and content marketing.
Oversee the creation, planning, and execution of marketing campaigns across multiple platforms, including digital marketing, events, and more.
Safeguard and enhance the company's brand identity and image through consistent messaging and visual aesthetics across all marketing collateral and communication channels.
Develop and manage content and social media marketing programs, including blog posts and public relations efforts.
Lead digital marketing efforts, including website management, SEO/SEM strategies, content marketing, social media management, email marketing, and other digital channels.
Create, proofread, and edit copy for various marketing channels ensuring consistent voice.
Ensure marketing materials are up to date by auditing and proofing materials regularly and ensuring they have proper information included (slide decks, brochures, placemats, etc.
) Update email lists, create email templates, and execute email marketing campaigns utilizing Pardot.
Support event coordination and event marketing for large conferences and local events.
Write press releases and assist in writing corporate communications Develop strategies and tactics to boost the company's reputation and drive qualified traffic.
Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies, and vendors.
Coordinate with stakeholders on the submission of industry award applications.
Monitor marketing campaign performance and key metrics regularly.
Required Experience and Qualifications Excellent communication & presentation skills Eager to learn about executing and supporting a corporate brand & marketing strategy Must have strong organizational and project management skills, as well as outstanding copywriting and proofreading skills Must be a self-starter and able to independently move projects forward, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines In-depth knowledge of various marketing platforms, channels, and best practices including social, digital, and email marketing High level of creativity and problem-solving Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook) Experience in working within a CRM, preferably Salesforce Experience in website management, particularly WordPress Experience in Pardot Experience in social media content creation and management Experience in creating digital marketing collateral, print collateral, executing marketing & communications campaigns, and event marketing Basic graphic design experience using the Adobe Suite (Adobe Acrobat, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, etc.
) Basic knowledge of HTML Preferred Experience Experience in the Federal Government Market space Required Education Bachelor's Degree in relevant field, i.

, Marketing or Communications, or related field plus minimum of 4 years of professional working experience (references and work samples required).
