Job Description for the Employment Consultant - Job Coach:
Relationship building with local employers and community partners Individual human service planning with our candidates Individualized job-development with our candidates by assisting them with the application and interview process for jobs Daily documentation of services via electronic record keeping system On-site job training and support with our candidates and employer partners Job retention / follow-along services Employment related case-management Requirements for the Employment Consultant - Job Coach:
Related Human Services experience and/or related degree is required Previous outside sales/marketing experience is highly desirable Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills and be able to manage your time effectively to be successful in this job Strong creativity and problem-solving skills are critical Good driving record and background check required Please reply with your resume, cover letter, and salary requirements.
