The ideal candidate is detail oriented and highly organized, but also able to multi-task and work on several projects at once.
Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to customers via the telephone.
Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, services, and billing.
Work with management on planning and implementing systems to increase quality and efficiency of contact center.
Perform clerical duties involved in processing contact center data.
Plan and participate in the implementation of new policies related to the contact center.
