Responsibilities:
Ride along with and provide assistance and support to technicians in the field Help resolve issues for clients via phone, in person, or electronically Clean, brush, and cover swimming pools Track customer issues and resolutions Maintain an orderly inventory on service vehicle
Qualifications:
Ability to perform physically demanding tasks Driver's License preferred Ability to build rapport with clients Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills Positive and professional demeanor No previous experience necessary, will provide on the job training About Swim Gem:
Swim Gem services residential swimming pools with spring cleanings, summer weekly maintenance, equipment installs, and fall winterizations.
We have two retail locations in Northern Virginia.

00 per hour Schedule:
8 hour shift People with a criminal record are encouraged to apply Work Location:

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
