Assist customers with account issues.
Provide product information to customers.
Receive payment by verifying account detail and providing change, if needed.
Become a go-to for all customer service-related issues Resolves service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment, and following up to ensure resolution Job Type:
