Key
Responsibilities:
Provides at minimum, monthly staff training in respect to the integration of our substance abuse treatment model into the milieu, program and therapeutic interventions.
Assists the Clinical Program Director in developing the milieu, program and therapeutic interventions in order to increase fidelity to our clinical model.
Assists the Clinical Program Directors in assuring the milieu, program and therapy model meets Joint Commission standards.
Works with the Clinical Program Director to develop and implement a formal staff-competency system.
Meets performance outcomes.
Provides psychotherapy services for residents to include individual, family and group therapy scheduling and facilitation of treatment team reviews and documentation.
Facilitates and attends all treatment teams for assigned residents.
Attends weekly clinical supervision.
Coordinates multifamily/group/family education group.
On call/weekend coverage, as needed.
Completes all program notes before the end of the business day.
Completes psychosocial assessment within 72 hours of admission.
Monthly treatment team reports are due 48 hours before treatment team.
Other duties as assigned based on the needs of the facilityQualifications
Qualifications:
A combination of mental health experience and relevant education to deliver psychotherapy services to consumers.
The required knowledge, skills, and abilitiesmust be documented and observable in the application form and interview and can be verified by additional references.
Education &
Experience:
A minimum of a Master's Degree in human services field (ie psychology, social work, counseling, education); Licensed Psychologist; LMFT or LSAT.
At least one year recent experience with appropriate population preferredLicensure:
Preferably licensed with or license eligible for LPC or LCSW.
If unlicensed, is under appropriate clinical supervision as per the state of Virginia licensing board.
Required to have CSAC certification in the state of VA.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
